10 Facts About Me

1) Automatic cars

I do not know how to handle automatic car. Usually people said that it is very easy to drive on automatic car but not for me. I think it is more comfortable driving the manual one. I do not know why I cannot drive an automatic car, maybe I’m not regularly driving the car. Therefore, the automatic car is not for me for the time being.

2) The die hard fan of Harry Potter

I love everything that connected with Harry Potter, the novels, the film, the actor for the film and even the material that produce for Harry Potter. Yes, I am crazy for Harry Potter. When I read the last novel for Harry Potter I feel very sad because it is the last one and there no other series for Harry Potter anymore. One of my favorite characters is Ron Weasley, which is one of Harry Potter’s best friends.

3) Likes to dream

I think most people in the world love to dream and I am one of them. I think dream is a part of human life for example people dream to become a rich person, have their own expensive cars, dreaming become a famous celebrity on the world and many more. Usually I will dream about my life in the future like my marriage, my life after marriage or what type of job that I will work. Sometimes dreaming is good for us because from the dream we start to plan what we have to do to achieve our dream.

4) feel sad when I saw mountain

I feel very sad every time I see the mountain and its feel as if I want to cry when I see it. There is no mountain in my place at Selangor, so it is the bonus for me because I do not need to see the mountain everyday. However, when I further my study on Segamat I need a lot of patient because UiTM Segamat is located in the area that near with the mountain. Therefore, I will see mountain everyday in my life. Nevertheless, I think now I am tougher when I see mountain because I see it every day since I started study here.

5) I do not know how to swim

I am the only one in my family that does not know how to swim. So, when my family went to holiday in beach I feel very sad because I cannot swim and I just sit in the beach and make sand castle.huhu.. Sometimes I feel very envious with the person who knows on how to swim especially the kids.

6) Quit a sensitive person

Even though my face is, look like fierce, but I am quit sensitive person. I will cry if someone yelling and getting mad on me especially my father. Everyone in my family already knows about my habit so they will talk softly with me especially my father. I don’t know why I more sensitive and easy emotive

7) Love to eat

I am the person who loves to eat and I always enjoyed my food. Besides that, I love to try new food that my friend or my family introduced to me. For me it is interesting when we try new food that we have never eaten before. Therefore, people out there do not afraid to try the new dish k. It will give you the best experience.

8) I want to be a chef

I want to be a chef but the reality is I do not know how to cook. I have started dreaming to be a chef since I watch the reality show that is ‘Iron Chef’. I never get the chance to learn on how to cook because I have started live at hostel since I am in the form one. So, every time I went home I would ask my mother to cook my favorite dish and usually my mother do not like me to help her in the kitchen. Therefore, I guess that why I do not know how to cook until now. I hope that one fine day, I will expert on cooking.

9) Love chocolate

I am the diehard fan of chocolate and I love all the food that containing chocolate. Chocolate brings me the happiness in my life and I think I cannot live without chocolate. Sometimes, when I got angry to someone I will eat chocolate to make me calm. So, for anybody who hurt me they can give me chocolate to make me calm again…hehe..

10) I love pink colour

It is normal for the girl to love pink right. For me I do love pink colour and usually when I want to buy something I will look for the pink colour first. When I was in the part one, all my stuff is in a pink that is from my bed sheet, towel, or even my toothbrush also in the pink colour and everything that is in pink colour is interesting for me.

My Lovely Roommates...

Roommates..for me roommates is like our family in the college. We can share the problem together, laugh together and what the most important thing is we can share our food together..hehe.. For this semester I got new roommates and new room which is room number 213 in college MUTIARA. I have two roommates which is my junior because they only part two students while I am a part three student and I feel very lucky because there only three person in my room. So, it makes me feel so comfortable.

My first roommates are Siti Haziqah Binti Hamid and she asked me to call her Ziqa. Ziqa is in semester two and taking Diploma in Accountancy. She was born on 18th April 1991 and now she is 19 years old. Ziqa said, her hobby is watching movie especially Korean movie. What I saw about Ziqa is once she watching the Korean movie, she never does anything else and sometimes she forgot to take her meal. One of her favorite movies is ‘Boys over Flower’ and it also my favorite movie because the actors for that movie is so handsome and I hope one of the actors can be my boyfriend..huhu..Ziqa said that her favorite’s food is fried noodle while her favorites drink is milo ice. She has four siblings and she was the third one. Ziqa is very kind person and she always helps me when I need a help. Thanks a lot Ziqa.. Besides that, Ziqa is a talkative person and she always tells me about what happen to her for the whole day. I hope our relation will continue well like this forever.

My second roommates are Aida Shafiqa Binti Muhammad and I call her Dash. I don’t know what the meaning for Dash because she never tells me the secret of her name. It’s so mysterious..huhu.. Dash also a part two student that taking Diploma in Accountancy which is same as Ziqa but they are not in the same class. This semester is the second semester for Dash and Ziqa become a roommate and it is credit for them because they have known well each other. Dash was born on 21st September 1991 and she is 19 years old this year. She said her favorites food is ‘Nasi Kerabu’ while her favorites drinks is ice lemon tea. Dash has three siblings and she was the eldest one. What I can say about Dash is she is a little shy person and she only talk to me when there is an important thing that she wants to say. In addition, Dash also a very hardworking person and I always saw her study during the free time. Sometimes I feel ashamed on her because when she was study I’m still on my bed and had a good dream..hehe.. I hope Dash will success in her study..

I hope I can enjoy my life staying with them for this whole semester and the most important thing is I really hope I can be a good senior for them..hihihi.. Ok that all I can write for this entries and see you again..huhu..BYE..

Subjects for This Semester

I am just starting my second year in UiTM Segamat on January 2010. That means, now I am a third semester student. For this semester, I need to take seven subject including co-curriculum to finish my semester that are BEL311, QMT216, BMD101, FIN 262, CTU 241, ECO211 and HKR113. So, let me tell you one by one subject that I have taken for this semester.

Let’s start with BEL311. BEL311 is stands for English for Academic Purpose and this subject is pre-requisite with BEL 260 take I currently take in semester two. So, if the student does not pass for the BEL260 paper, they cannot take BEL311 for this semester. My lecturer for these subjects is Mr.Izuan, who is the same lecturer when I am in semester two. Mr.Izuan were very shocked that he got my class again for this semester because he said he never get to teach the same class twice. Mr.Izuan is a strict person and never gives us his smile and it makes us quite afraid with him. I think BEL311 is a tough subject because we need to do more on writing essay. We have three credit hours and the assessment mark is depends on 30% on term paper, 20% on discussion, 10% for attendance and another 40% is for final. I think this is one of my favorites subject because I can improve my English through this subject and I hope I can get the best result for this semester.

Next is QMT216, QMT216 is stands for Introduction to Statistics. The lecturer that teaches us for this subject is Prof Madya Ruhana Binti Zainnuddin. She is a kind and soft spoken person. Usually we will start our class with having talk that related to the religion and she will give lots of advice that very useful for us. What I know about this subject is QMT216 is just like MAT140 that I have take in my first semester. That means the subject require the calculation on solving the problem. So I am so excited to go through on this subject and hope I can do well for this subject. For the time being, I think the classroom that we use for the class is comfortable for us. Besides that, for QMT216 we had the class in the morning so that is the advantage for us because we still fresh to get the information that given to us. Three credits hours for this subject and the ongoing marks is 20% on test, 10% for the project work, 10% for assignment and quizzes and another 60% for the final exam.

The third subject that I learn for this semester is BMD101 which is stands for Mandarin. Mr. Lim Yoon Chong is my lecturer for this subject. We call him ‘Laoshi Lim’ because ‘Laoshi’ is stands for teacher in Mandarin. He is a kind and cheerful person. I think this subject is interesting because I can learn other language and in addition I love to watch Chinese movie so that it will easy for me to watch the movie without need the subtitles. BMD101 does not have final paper just there has speaking test and the project work for the student. BMD101 is one of my favorites subject because it is interesting class and has a good lecturer that teach me for this subject. I hope I can get A for this subject even though this is the first time I learn Mandarin.

FIN262 is the code for my fourth subject that I take for this semester.FIN262 is stands for Fundamental of Finance. Puan Norsaliza is the lecturer for this subject and even she has got married she is still young, cheerful and active person. Finance is all related with the money. This is interesting subject because I have started fall in love with accounting subject since I entered UiTM. And these subjects absolutely become my favorite’s subject for this semester. We have two classes in a week, first class is in u208 and the second class is in AV2. The assessment for this FIN262 is 30% on test, 5% on quizzes and assignment, 5% on lecturer personal evaluation and another 60% is for the final examination.

Next is ECO211 that stands for macroeconomic. ECO211 is pre-requisite with ECO162 that we have take in the past semester. So, if the student does not pass for ECO162 paper they cannot take ECO211 for this semester. Miss Diyana Binti Isahak is my lecturer for this subject. She is a new lecturer and she just starting her job as a lecturer this year. She still young and single and she is an active person. This is because the energy from the starting class until end of the class is still the same. Even though Miss Diyana is a new lecturer she’s still good on give the lecture to her student. But for me ECO211 is not the interesting subject for me even though there’s had a calculation too for this subject. I hope I can do well for this subject.

I also take CTU241 for this semester. CTU241 is stands for ‘Asas Ekonomi Islam’. Ustazah Siti Aishah BInti Sokhibul Fadil is the lecturer for this subject and she said that she’s the only lecturer who teaches this subject for the whole part three students. She still young and single and also she is a cute person. On my first class with her, she tells about on how she starting becomes a lecturer. Even though she is a new lecturer, she good in give lecture to her student and she look like have lots of experience in teaching. My impression for this subject is just like the past two semesters that I have done. Many students said that it easier to get A for this subject, but it is not for me because I think CTU241 is tough subject for me because it needs more attention on reading.

Last but not least, the subject for co-curriculum. I take HKR 113 that is stands for ‘Pengurusan Masjid’. The lecturer that will handle my class is Ustaz Sufi. In our first meeting, we have divided into two groups that is one group for the girl and another group is for the boy. So, for the first class we have to attend a talk in a mosque. What we will learn for this subject is all about the mosque like the function of the mosque and the history on the mosque.

About Me

Hello..My name is Nor Amalina Binti Moinnuddin or in short can call me ‘mon’. I was born at 18 July 1990 at Hospital Besar Tanjong Karang, Selangor. That means now I am 20 years old. I think that was amazing because I still do not believe that I was 20 years old this year. Now I am studying at UiTM Segamat, Johor and taking Diploma in Banking and now I currently in semester three. Sometime I was wondering why I am taking banking study but I believe this is the best choice for me. Now I am happy with my course and of course, I am happy with my course mate too. I love reading and watching movie and I can watch any movie that given to me. Same as reading, I can read any book and I will finish every book that I read even though the story is not interesting. I do not know how to describe myself but people can know my true self when they close with me because I am very different with the person who does not know me well.

Finish about me and now let us talk about my family. My parents got married on April 1985. My father is Moinnuddin Bin Mohd Kusny and was born on 16 January 1960. That means, my father is 50 years old this year. My father work as an assistance in Economy Department in FAMA that was located in Sabak Bernam, Selangor. FAMA is stand for Federal Agriculture Marketing Authority. Even my father looks like a fierce person but actually is a person who loves kids. Even my cousin also calls my father as dad not uncle because they very close with my father. While my mother name is Siti Mariani Binti Samaji and she was born on 19 November 1964. My mother is not working and become a full time housewife. I think my mother is the greatest housewife in the world because she can handle my family with lots of patient.

I also have two brothers and a younger sister. My eldest brother is Mohd Nafis and now he is 24 years old. He has his own business that is selling food and drinks such as burger, fruits and carbonated drinks. While my second brother is Muhamad Faris and he is 22 years old now. He now is teaching at religious school. My second brother is stricter than my eldest brother is. That why I more close with my eldest brother than the second one. Beside that, my eldest brother is good listener and good advisor so I love to share my problem with him. While my younger sister is Nor Adlina and she is 13 years old now. Since my age and she a bit distance so, I not very close with her. Moreover, since form one I started live in hostel so, I do not spent many time with her.

That is only I can write about me and my family. I love my life and my family too. My family is everything for me and nothing can change it. Love all of you so much…..
